Natixis is a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE, France’s second largest banking group through its Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Epargne networks, and employs nearly 16,000 people in 38 countries. The Fédération Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne was created as a result of the reform of 25 June 1999 giving the Caisses d’Epargne the status of cooperative banks. The Fédération Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne assists the Caisses d’Epargne in achieving their long-term vision, by striving to fulfil the missions entrusted to it: manage and coordinate the relationship between the 15 fully-fledged Caisses d’Epargne and their 5 million cooperative shareholder-customers; represent the interests of the Caisses d’Epargne and their cooperative shareholders; support and train the elected representatives of the cooperative shareholders in the exercise of their mandate; and define, coordinate and promote the social responsibility actions of the Caisses d’Epargne.

Ecofi Investissements
Ecofi Investissements is the management company of the Crédit Coopératif Group, a member of the Groupe BPCE (Banque Populaire and Caisse d’Èpargne, a French banking group).
Ecofi has recently written its mission statement into its articles of association and has become a company with a defined social purpose. Reflecting this commitment, which goes to the very heart of its values, Ecofi Investissements now offers 15 solidarity funds known as 90/10, 6 solidarity FCPE funds and 2 specialised “pure” professional solidarity funds.
These investments are placed in nearly 80 socially responsible companies, including France Active Investissement. For the past 6 years, Ecofi Investissements has been participating – through its solidarity funds – in the financing of France Active Investissement.
