The DLA is a public scheme that enables employer associations, business integration entities and other socially useful enterprises to benefit from tailored support to develop their activities, help them consolidate and create or maintain jobs. France Active runs the Financing Resource Centre for all the entities. In the departments, many France Active local and regional associations are responsible for managing the DLA.
