For more than 30 years, the Federation of integration enterprises has brought together socially aware entrepreneurs who put the integration of the most vulnerable at the heart of their business strategy. Operating in each local and regional area, as close as possible to the needs of people and businesses, it accelerates their development and promotes their inclusive projects that combine innovation, economic performance and social impact. A purpose that is embodied in the Inclusive Corporate Social Responsibility (or RSEi, Responsabilité Sociétale des Entreprises inclusives) label it has developed, for ever greater excellence in the service of the most vulnerable. It is a principle of action which also runs through the partnerships it enters into, like the longstanding partnership with France Active and the GARAN’TTi Fund, and a tool for the mutualisation of compulsory guarantees for companies in the field of inclusive temporary work, of which France Active is one of the partners.
